At Elusive Coffee, our mission is simple: to bring great coffee to everyday people at affordable prices, without compromising on quality or sustainability. What started as a hobby has grown into a deep-rooted passion for coffee roasting, and we're excited to share that journey with you.

 

For over a decade, I roasted coffee at home, driven by my love for discovering new flavors and experimenting with different beans. What began as a personal passion quickly turned into a quest for the perfect roast. After years of honing my craft, I decided to take the leap from a home enthusiast to a commercial roaster, founding Elusive Coffee right here in Adelaide.

Our goal is simple: to bring the same quality, traceability, and care I poured into home roasting to our community at prices that make great coffee accessible to everyone. We believe that coffee should be more than just a drink—it should be an experience, and one that everyone can enjoy without breaking the bank.

We roast our beans in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of each origin. From the moment the beans enter the roaster to the moment they’re sealed in a bag, we carefully monitor each step to bring out the best flavor possible. Whether it’s a light roast bursting with fruity acidity or a rich, full-bodied medium roast, every bag is designed to elevate your coffee experience.

Coffee's mission is to offer love and hope to those in need through funds from a great cup of coffee. We want to inspire and educate our coffee lovers in ways that enhance their experience with us and encourage them to be an outlet of hope for others. 

We want to create a coffee culture that is built around quality, sociability, and affordability so that everyone can enjoy our product and share in our outreach. Our goal is to continue to grow our business in ways that will allow us to give more, this will include things like scholarships for local graduating seniors, food programs, and much more!
